FORM Fitness Personal Trainer
Dan Mundy has done full-time personal training since 2007 with a combined background and experience for close to a decade in the gym/training atmosphere. Some past locations: Personal Fitness Revolution, Northside Health Club, and Red’s Gym.
As a personal trainer, Dan has helped people achieve their goals regarding sustained weight loss, toning, building lean muscle, pageant training, fitness/figure competitions, and fitness that improved overall health issues for. Some clients have reduced or eliminated prescription medication once their weight and fitness goals are achieved.
Previous to personal training, Dan graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Restaurant Management and then the Scottsdale Culinary Institute Cordon Bleu. His externship was at the Biga on the Banks Restaurant before working at HEB Central Market for seven years. After working in the food industry for a combined 15 years, his overall knowledge of nutrition has been learned hands-on, along with multiple nutrition courses from secondary education. During his time at HEB Central Market, he was designated as the person who prepared nutritious pre-game and travel meals for the Spurs.
